The programme will use text, poems, and movements to take audience on the journey to understand the concept of positive mental wellbeing; and being well. Curated as a 3 person performance with 2 dancers and 1 narrator, the 30mins performance through a narrative showcase with movements to music supported by text in the form of poems will be shared with the audience to highlight the importance of positive mental well-being and encourage an in-wards journey for reflection through the engagement with the narrator. * Mirror, Mirror on the Wall… is part of our “Being Well” series. “Being Well’ is our new series of programmes that use creative approaches to acknowledge and address the complex emotional needs of teenagers.
